Pamela Wirth is a certified Nature and Forest Therapy guide and coach. She currently hosts the Forest Bathing Podcast and directed the Forest Bathing International Conference in the US in 2019. Until fall of 2020, Pamela served as the executive director of Forest Bathing International, an organization with the mission to make the benefits of forest therapy widely available and accessible. Pamela has also worked closely with the Executive Team of the Association of Nature and Forest Therapy since 2011.
Pamela has a background as a Professional Coactive Coach, Feminine Power Coach and Soulstream Mentor. She led a Rite-of -Passage program for pre-teen girls for many years. She studied and worked for several decades in the field of expressive movement and transformational healing.
The journey of motherhood awakened in Pamela a passionate sense of care for the thriving of Life and with forest bathing she has found a pathway to share this purpose with others and to delight in the wonder of communing with trees, hummingbirds, rivers and frogs.
